My name is Protik Kr Bhattacharya. I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding my order and the prolonged delay in receiving my refund.

I placed an order on May 5, 2026, for a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, priced at approximately ₹1,06,000. However, the product was never delivered to me. It has now been more than 60 days, and I have still not received my refund.

Despite contacting Flipkart support multiple times, I have only received repeated assurances of resolution within 48 hours. I have also been asked several times to provide my bank details, which I have done repeatedly. Unfortunately, there has been no progress, and my refund remains pending.

I have already escalated this matter through email, contacted the consumer forum, and reached out via Twitter, but no effective action has been taken so far. This ongoing delay and lack of resolution have caused me significant mental stress and financial inconvenience.

I am now left with no choice but to consider legal action against Flipkart for deficiency in service and mental harassment. I also request compensation in the form of interest on the blocked amount, as this is my hard-earned money.

I request you to treat this matter as urgent and provide:

1. A confirmed refund status
2. A final timeline for the refund

Please resolve this issue immediately to avoid further legal proceedings.
