I am filing this complaint against Flipkart regarding my order OD438523098506463100.
The order was an Open Box Delivery. I made a payment of ₹514 through PhonePe/UPI to the delivery-related UPI account. After checking the product, the product was taken back by the delivery executive.
However, my Flipkart order is now showing “Order Cancelled” with the statement that the cancellation was confirmed by me by sharing an OTP with the delivery executive.
I clearly state that I did NOT share any OTP for cancellation.
At present, I have neither the product nor my ₹514 payment/refund.

I have proof of the payment transaction and the Flipkart order cancellation status and can provide/attach the screenshots.
Please register my complaint and provide me with a complaint/reference number.
