I ordered a Mivi One 5G (Pink, 128 GB) from Flipkart on 8 October 2026 (Order ID OD338825401463138100, seller XONIGHT E-Commerce) and paid Rs. 13,781 in full. Flipkart promised delivery by 9 October. It then emailed me that the order was delayed due to “logistical constraints” and would arrive by 10 October. That date was also missed.

The Ekart tracking (FMPP4330976429) shows the parcel has been around the Greater Noida facility since 11 October, and on 15 October it still says “Item yet to reach hub nearest to you.” The app now shows 16 October as the new date, but there is no guarantee, since two dates have already been missed.

I raised a delivery complaint in the app. Flipkart sent me the same automated message four times (11, 12 and 14 October), saying only that the issue will be “resolved by Oct 18.” No real explanation or action.

I have sent a formal notice to Flipkart’s Grievance Officer
