In Flip kart If we have any issue with products, There’s no Standard method to get Call back. even if we place similar items in one order, If we request for Return . Flipkart Exectuive dont have information for which products we Have raised . in my case I have ordered UCB Jeans 2 different products, But raised return for One product, Executive unable to track die to both raised on same Order no.Customer Care Executive also they don’t have Solution to the problem . and one more Executive Scheduled call after 4 Hrs amd still I didn’t receive any call from them . Very Pathetic Experience if we want to return / Replace any product. Executives have zero knowledge about problem solving. and They don’t know their ORGANISATION Rules
