we have purchased from your online application Flipkart the Marq company's 01 tonne AC order number: OD337612013447624100 dated: 20th May 2026, which was delivered to our given address on 27th May 2026, which was dated 29th May 2026. Installed by Company Technician Mr. Madhav Mo : +91-89808 99553 When the AC was installed,

There was a problem in starting the outdoor unit..then we were told to complain by the technician of the company. Which has been registered by us on Order No. : OD337612013447624100 dated : 30th May 2026 in customer care through online and registered number for replacement....

But as of today: 06 June 2026 we are not getting any kind of satisfactory answer...
