I placed this order on 5th June, and at the time of purchase, the promised delivery date was clearly shown as 7th June. However, just a day before delivery, the expected date was changed to 9th June. Now it is already 11th June, and the order is still not delivered.
The shipment reached the nearest hub days ago, yet there has been no update on the final delivery. Repeated delays without proper communication are unacceptable and create a poor customer experience.
As a customer, I expect commitments made at the time of purchase to be honored. I request an immediate intervention and want my order delivered within the next 24 hours.
Kindly provide a clear explanation for the delay and ensure this issue is resolved without any further postponement.
