I had ordered a Sansui 80L Desert air cooler on 5th of July and got the delivery on the 7 th of July. But the remote of this product was not working. Then after so many complaints,6 times technician visit and follow up I got the replacement of this product after one month on 14 Aug. And this time also the product was defective and the delivery boy also seen that the product is defective display is not visible fully. And the delivery boy said that I have delivered the product and now it is your responsibility that how you will solve this problem i am just a delivery boy and my work is to deliver the product doesn't matter the product is defective or good. Then after half hours I raised a complaint for the same that the replacement product is defective and again the technician visited he took a video and sent to the company. And they said the pcb is damage we will return the product. And after technician visit my return request got rejected. Then again I raised a return request and again the technician visit and shared the non happy code. And the before 5 day I am getting a call that Hello Sir, Mai Flipkart customer care se .............. Batt kar rha/rhi hu apne sansui air cooler ke liye return request ki hua hai or hame bahut khed hai apko itni pareshani ka samna karna pada par aap nishchint rhe Sir hmne apke complaint ko note kar liye hai agle 24 ghante ke andar apko fir se Flipkart se call aygi kripaya call ko receive kar lijiye Flipkart me shopping karne ke liye dhanyavaad apka din shubh ho. And today I got a message from Flipkart that again a technician is coming to repair my new product for that I have raised a return a refund complaint. And the main thing is I had ordered the cooler on 1st week of July peak time of Summer and not it's end of raini season and stating of winter after three month I am getting the solution
