I ordered food in swiggy from restaurant samco around 11:43 pm but till now around 1:30 am I didn't get my food i texted swiggy customer care and provide me a full refund but it is not processed yet and they are not responding to my messages.and in addition to prawn schezwan fried rice i contacted restraunt and asked for a 7 up and mayo for which I payed 70 rs extra. Please do consider this and take strict action against the delivery partner and help to process my refund.
