Ltd company(Ahmedabad )contact no- 99791 51402 // 70419 85995 // 07948984328 //(consultant name mr. Rohitbhai and ms. Leenaben)....During the time of Booking Holiday package they promised varieous friendly commitments and offers for gud service for Holiday packages.... They(mr. Rohit and ms. Leena) convinced us by giving and telling about the attractive false committments and took money from us rs. 50000(transferred from HDFC credit card swipe)for this committments of holiday package which was fake n false , and after the booking of holiday package while we r going to book for use of our holidays as pr their committments bt now they sent us mail about the company policy which was not explained during the committments.They are not providing the holiday package according to our schedule and as per our demand, they are telling to obey the company rule which are not explained previously prior booking of holiday package , They are misleading their committments., Dear sir we r request to solve this case n please give us justice for this type of fraud n misleading n false activities and help us to make full refund of money from the company. This incident occurs at TGG club Hotel-Botad . We r Vry thankful to you sir.

Dear Park Royal Holidays Team / To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment, frustration, and belief that I have been subjected to fraudulent activity and a complete failure of service.
I am a member (Membership ID: [Your Membership ID]) and have paid a substantial fee via credit card EMI, which I am still paying. Despite this, I have been unable to secure a single booking since purchasing the membership.
❌ Pattern of Booking Refusal
I have attempted to book a holiday 4 to 5 times this year alone, and each time, your company has provided an unacceptable excuse:
"Not before 45 days": When I mailed less than 45 days prior, this was the excuse.
"Booking Refusal": Most recently, I sent an email more than 50 days in advance for the following dates, and was simply told the booking could not be given.
Original Request: December 25 – December 30, [Year] (Udaipur)
Rescheduled Request (as per your advice): December 20 – December 24, 2025 (Ahmedabad)
Your company is essentially forcing me to change my dates and destination, meaning I cannot use the membership for the holidays I require.
📞 Blocking Communication & Customer Harassment
The customer service experience has been appalling and, frankly, constitutes a breach of trust:
Blocked Number: I called your customer care over 100 times for follow-up, and you have since blocked my phone number, preventing me from receiving service.
No Reply: You consistently fail to reply to my emails.
Rude Behavior: Your executives were rude, dismissive, and forced me to accept inadequate 2-day bookings, despite knowing that I am an employee who must secure leave in advance. I was told: "We have given the booking; go if you want, and don't call repeatedly."
As a working professional, I do not have the time to call 100 times just to chase a service I have already paid for. I am now suffering mental frustration because of this poor service.
⚠️ Review of Consumer Court Complaints
Today, I reviewed the complaints filed against Park Royal Holidays in the Consumer Court and was shocked to find over 500 complaints. This confirms my experience that I have been subjected to a scam. Had I not taken this membership, I could have easily booked a holiday with a single click through sites like Booking.com.
