1. Facts of the Case:
On 08/06/2026 I placed an order (Order No: 272706121622S1) for a pack of 3 Cargo Pants with offer buy 1 get 2 free on the website Alpha Full Fill. I made an online payment of Rs 999 on [21/06/2026] via phone pay. As Cash on delivery parcel is delivered to me by Amazon shipping
2. The Dispute:
On 21/06/2026, the parcel was delivered. Upon opening the package, I discovered that the item received was cheap lowers of worng size instead of the cargo pants. The item received is entirely different from the product description and images provided on the website at the time of purchase.
3. Attempt at Resolution:
I immediately contacted the customer support team of Alpha Full Fill via Email Chat and contact [21/06/2026]. Contact no. Given on site is showing incorrect. I provided photographic evidence of the incorrect item and the invoice. .
4. Cause of Action:
This constitutes an "Unfair Trade Practice" and "Deficiency in Service" under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. The website has deliberately misled the consumer, causing financial loss and mental agony.
5. Prayer/Relief Sought:
I respectfully request this Hon’ble Commission to direct the Opposite Party to:
Refund the full amount of [Amount] along with interest at 12% per annum from the date of payment.
Pay a sum of [Amount, ₹5,000] towards compensation for mental agony and harassment.
Pay a sum of [Amount, e.g., ₹2,000] towards the cost of litigation.
