I wish to lodge a formal complaint against Budget Bag Packers and its representative, Mr. Viraj Sawant, for deficiency in service, misrepresentation, and the unjustified delay in refunding my payment.
I paid ₹24,000 for AC Tatkal train tickets. Instead of providing the service agreed upon, I was sent the PNR of an entirely different passenger with a Sleeper Class RAC booking and was informed that it was my ticket. This clearly did not correspond to the AC Tatkal tickets for which I had made payment.
Following this, I requested a refund. I was assured that the refund would be processed within 7 days. However, more than two weeks have now elapsed, and despite repeated follow-ups, the refund remains unpaid. My calls are no longer being answered, and no satisfactory explanation has been provided for the continued delay.
The actions of Budget Bag Packers and Mr. Viraj Sawant demonstrate a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. The failure to provide the agreed service, followed by the prolonged withholding of my refund despite repeated assurances, has caused unnecessary inconvenience and financial hardship.
I hereby request the immediate refund of ₹24,000 without any further delay. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I reserve the right to pursue all remedies available to me before the appropriate authorities and forums.
