My cancellation/refund request sent on the same day;
Your email regarding the 7-day evaluation procedure;
Records showing the classes conducted during the evaluation period;
My communication informing you that we were not satisfied;
Your subsequent refusal to cancel/refund;
Payment/EMI documents and invoice;
All correspondence under Ticket #348046.

I sincerely hope Shri Chaitanya will resolve this matter professionally instead of forcing a customer to pursue formal escalation for a straightforward cancellation request.

I request written confirmation of cancellation and refund initiation within 48 hours of receiving this email.

This email I did last, my registration done on 9th August 2026 and from that day I am continuously sending email and requested for cancellation and requested for initiate refund. And they are denying to refund. In first reply they said kids not attend any classes even in 7 days 3 classes scheduled and he attended. After my arguments with them they accept classes is attended and another argument kids not asked questions to teacher and he attended classes just for formalities, so we can't refund (this explains on call). His Target only is not to refund.
Please help what should we can do go get refund
