i shopped from a business called Samvrita on Instagram which sells clothing. I tried to pay online for my order and the payment was deducted twice, as the first successful payment was not notified on the website. After this, the order was not traceable. Both their Instagram handles and their contact numbers are dysfunctional and till this point i have not received any response to my queries. I am attaching their Instagram handle. They contacted me from 9265461043 and said they would get back to me with a clarification but now no response on that either.

Yes I have also purchased suit from Samvrita company through Instagram page and paid them but at the time of return their product, they are not responding not even replying on mail or whatsApp. Please request u report them and take necessary action.
