As I told we have taken phone on emi from cholamandalam finance company but my father is suffering from cancer and misguiding of agents from cholamandalam company that's why I could not pay my last 2 emi of company.company closed our phone due to non payment.
After 3 months of non payments one of their agent neeraj shukla visited our house and accepted that agent has mistake and we don't have to pay any interest and bouncing charges you just pay 2923 which is your pending amount and your phone will be opened within 48 hours of payment.
After this have paid rs 2923 in link provided by company agent muskan but after payments it's more than 15 days ur phone is still locked and both member of company is not recieving our phones nor opening my phone reciept I am attaching in this case.
