I had paid a total of 31046 rupees including GST and service charges to m/s maid services in India for employing a maid . As per the agreement they were supposed to provide a maid for 24 hrs. One maid did come but she decided to leave aftervone month. The agency is supposed to provide 3 replacement within one year. Now they are not picking up my calls. When they do pick up they behave very rudely. I want my money back. Could you please help me with a legal resolution.
