I booked Ecovas N30 robot from Sangeetha mobiles online store, the payment got processed and in the website it’s showing system cancelled , they donot respond to emails or pick the call for customer service and when they pick they will say it will be delivered today but I have not received the product yet it’s more than 9 days now. Looks like they are doing fraud and not even ready to refund the money and they have not even sent any emails or message

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
