This is worst experienced and unforgettable experienced faced while foreclosure of my home load due to covid 19 financial crisis for job loss.
I availed a home loan by PNBFL, Noida sec 3 branch worth 30 lacs and paid till March 2020 all emi paid on time after that covid 19 circumstances came and lost my job at hotel industry. Then availed a moratorium for 6 months and then availed restructure till 1.5 years.
When approached to sec 3 branch at noida for foreclosure of loan then they gave me balance sheet of my loan from 30 to 40 lacs out of which 6 lacs were paid from 2018 till 2020. And inspite of several requat to all higher authorities , Noone helped me to give waiver to preclosure even my 6 lacs were adjusted in interest and asked me to pay 40 lacs out of which 24 lacs was balance to pay.
Due to financial crisis during that time have to sell my apartment at eco Village-1 greater noida west worth Rs. 80 lacs and had to sell at low cost of 44 lacs only which I furnished 15 lacs by my own pocket was gone waste as PNBFL recovery team forced me to pay emai woth double amount emil otherwise they will sell my apartment in auction at society. As had almost 35 lacs loss for selling flat duebto their forcing attitude and even they didn't help me to give waiver in interst + compound interest + penalty etc worth 16 lacs on a loan of 30 lacs.
I sold that flat at 44.8 lacs and have to pay 40 lacs woth no waiver no deduction nothing else. Anyhow it is very unfortunate experience faced by PNBFL and will request everyone to boycott PNBFL is one of the cheater NBFC where their licence should cancell as they looted and expoiited their customer rates than helping

Last not the least Mr Devendra kumar gupta is recovery manager at sec 3 noida branch he is person who refused all of my request and charged 40 lacs he is pathetic, worst, rude , threating customers with no help.
