Goibibo not initiating refund request with airline in times of war

Due the war in the middleast my flight with kuwait airways stands cancelled .
I have asked Goibibo to initiate a refund for the same but since March 15 it is only showing inititated

The second step which shows 17th March is not ticket in green as yet .

i have been trying to get in touch but there us no email suppport and the calls only make you talk to bots. Do they even have real humans to help . Due to money not being refunded its causing me financial strain and I am not even sure if I should book another flight. Goibibo has kept me stranded that too in times of war like these where travel is already difficult . kindly get in touch with me and process this refund ASAP. Even Kuwait airways is picking calls just not youll. Will never use your site again. horibble service.

Please follow the steps mentioned below. If you have already contacted the Goibibo customer care via email and have not received any response, kindly share the relevant details with us so that we may guide you further.

We recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Goibibo (grievanceofficer@goibibo.com), clearly outlining your concerns, and requesting for Compensation and also ask them to Refund the amount.

This step not only gives the Goibibo a chance to compensate and refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later..
