Goibibo Not issuing My refund after Airline has issued complete refund to them.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against GoIbibo. I had booked a non-refundable flight from VNS-DEL via GoIbibo in Air india. My plans were cancelled due to medical emergency. I requested Air India nodal officer to waive off entire cancellation fees which the agreed to do and refunded entire amount to GoIbibo (Rs 23878/-). It's been over 2 months I have not received the amount from Go Ibibo. On 4th Sept they issued only partial refund of Rs. 11373/-. Despite multiple complaints there is no contact from their side.

Here are official platforms you should use to lodge a complaint:
Filing complaints or reviews at multiple platform is not a solution.

First understand the complaint, then suggest.

If the Complainant has the proof that the Air India has refunded the entire amount to the Goibibo, then only the Complainant can file a case, as he already mentioned that the flight ticket was non-refundable.
 
Even after cancelling the flight ticket by Indigo outlet Pant Nagar (Uttarakhand) , it has not been refunded to my account, it has been transferred to some other account.

Dear Sir,
I want to inform you that I booked my ticket through your portal and made the payment using my State Bank of India credit card. The flight from Pantnagar to Kolkata was scheduled on 03/12/2025 which was cancelled and was rescheduled to 04/12/2025. After that the date of 04/12/2025 became 06/12/2025 due to which my flight was cancelled and the payment was fully refunded by Indigo on 08/12/2025. I don't know *agency Kafila Tours and Travel* who the agency is, but I booked through Ixigo portal and payment by my credit card. The return should also have come into my account, which did not come. Strict action should be taken against whoever has committed the mistake.
