I am having an extremely frustrating experience regarding the deductions made in my refund for a flight that was **cancelled by the airline**.
The airline, **Akasa Air**, has already **initiated a full refund**, which is clearly evident from the acknowledgment attached. Despite this, an amount has been deducted from my refund, which appears to be done at your end and is completely unjustified.
Additionally, your customer support representative, **Faizan**, explicitly confirmed to me over a call that **airline-initiated cancellations do not attract any deductions by Goibibo**.
I therefore request an **immediate refund of the complete amount (~₹29,000 INR)** without any further delay. Kindly resolve this matter at the earliest.
Looking forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution.
