So i ordered a SONY ULT WEAR headphones costing 15k on 10th of august(it was prepaid)
And it got delivered on 11th of august
When i started to unbox it,there was a pink box in there,( im a fan of sony,so i know how their brand box looks like)got suspicious started recording video,as i opened the bubble wrap,as my suspicions came true,it was a wrong product,i thought an incorrect product was delivered,but when i opened it completely it was empty
(So basically i recieved an empty box of different brand)
I called them immediately to inform
They gave me a deadline of 72hrs
I have been contacting their customer care several times but they are only asking me to wait and wait
(And i have shared the required pics and an unboxing video to them)
(My 15k is locked with them,and it has been more than 100hrs)
