My friend and I planned a group trip available on Enlivetrips' website early in July 2025. Hence, we had a Discussion with their Agent on 16th July 2025, who told us it would cost us (7000+5%GST)x2, i.e., 15,750, and was asked to pay 4000 Advance for confirmation of the booking. We asked her over WhatsApp about how many people would be travelling, and she mentioned at least 10. Also, their terms and conditions imply that in case there are fewer than 10 members, the trip would be postponed. We made the advance payment, and the rest of the amount was paid a day before departure as per the Terms discussed.

The trip was planned to start on the 24th of July 2025 at night from the Kashmere Gate Bus Stand in Delhi,
As the day arrived me my friend and I reached the pickup point, we discovered that it was only 6, including us and the guide. We both were shocked, as we expected a group trip which was supposed to be an experience where we could blog about stories and tales we hear from people around the country.

We tried to reach out to the team and requested to postpone our trip, although we already had sanctioned holidays for the upcoming week, but we wanted to negotiate with them to postpone our trip. Surprisingly, we were treated pathetically at 9 pm at a bus stop, the lady who claimed to have all the authority in the company said that its our problem if we dont go and she would not do anything about it and then we were told that we should have gratitude that she is even talking to us at this hour, and later this lady intimidate us like "do whatever you can I dont care" and disconnected with well audible verbal abuse.

After listening to her, we were sure that we did not want to travel with them then or later. Therefore, we tried sending them emails for a refund, but they blocked our emails, and hence, we cannot even contact them anymore.

Now we seek Justice for our hard-earned Money, Time, Reputation, and self-respect, which were damaged.
