Good day Sir/ Madam,

Wrt to below details of my complaint, I would like to draw your attention about GTPL SERVICES not being provided to me although I have paid 6000rs hefty amount for wifi connection and since it's not working from 09.04.2025, complaint raised
,believing incompetent GTPL has not sent anybody for repairs or check.I would like to have a hefty compensation for my losses and damages and for extra other internet charges borne by my family and also refund on pro rata basis of amount I have paid.


I would request almighty authority to take necessary action asap and provide protection to consumer and lesson to Gtpl for such ignorance.

Also advise if I have to move for any law biding authority for case if so.
