On date 10/03/26, I have placed GTT order for index option buying for Rs 40/- but upstox has executed the order on Rs 28.80/-. Due to this I have loss my Rs 903/-.
Regarding my issue, many times I have write mail to upstox and discussion had with you compliance executive Nilam maam on date 15/04/26, still my issue is not resolve and money is not return by upstox.
My case is pending from last 60 days and I am try to talk with compliance officer Kapil sir and CEO Ravikumar sir but upstox IVR system not connect call to them. Also I am writing mail to compliance officer and CEO sir but no response from them.
So, who will take initiative for close my case because I have tried all escalation levels but still my case is not resolve and my loss money is not return by upstox.
One upstox letter is attached, in this upstox blame to exchange for their time and price matching mechanism issue. But, trader not directly trade with exchange, through trading platform like upstox trader can trade with exchange. If any issue in exchange with time and price matching mechanism then upstox will raise this issue with exchange because upstox customer is suffering. So, upstox will compensate or refund the loss money.
