For my facial scheduled for today at 6 pm, yesterday night therapist number was shared with me from this number 81408 61886 he called himself as Pratik . Within 10 mins i messaged therapist she dint reply. Today morning after repeated calling she told she is not in my city she cannot do service..this is completely unacceptable.. how could Mr Pratik assign someone without confirming if the therapist is actually available. I made multiple calls today since morning at customer care number of Avataar skincare (84488 17442), and on narrating the whole incident, executive is telling they are working on it without giving any definite solution or sharing available therapist's number. Its already 11.30 am in morning n my facial scheduled at 6.30pm no one assigned. Amd tremendous lack of co ordination between teams . Customer care executive ( 84488 17442), is telling she has no idea what is happening ( call recorded in my phone).This harassment is unacceptable and such unprofessionalism from avataar skincare is totally unpardonable. Why u open so many branches in multiple cities when u r completely unprepared and cannot handle.
