Sir, I had purchased two lycra pant amounted Rs.599/- as a cash on delivery basis. When the delivery reached time I had paid the amount through phone pay. When I opened the parcel the item in this parcel is completely defferent from where I see in the advertisement, and I am trying to return the item, the phone number and mail ID are not found and they are fake

I have ordered shirt from Flipkart it's shows delivered but I didn't even get it and it show's delivered at time I was out of city and i didn't even pick up the call and customer care told that you have share otp that bullshit. Kindly refund my money very disgusting
