I am a resident of Imperia Grace, Nr Omkar Lifestyle, Zundal, Ahmedabad -382421. The society has UGVCL Electricity supply, main division UGVCL Mehsana, sub division is UGVCL Chandkheda.
The society is new and I received a bill of 11868 Rs which I don't think I a bill for a residential flat. It seems to be a commercial bill, no way a residence has this much unit consumption. Plus to add to that, there are 224 flats in my society and not a single flat has half of my bill amount, I have checked the bills of other residents and they have a maximum of bill upto 5000 Rs. Even the commercial shops in our society does not have this amount of bill.
I have already raised a complaint with UGVCL Chandkheda division on 24/08/2026 and today is 19/10/2026 for meter check and correction in my billing, I have paid Rs 300 for complaint registration, it's almost 2 months now, even after calling main branch, sub division branch multiple times there is no response whatsoever nor the team has arrived for any sort of testing/checking.
