Dear Sir/Madam,

I did mail to SMFG GRIHASHAKTI,

I would like to inform you that, i am Arunkumar duraisamy got homeloan from SMFG INDIA HOME FINANCE on april 2023 (loan no.603238011371732). Rate of interest too high & tenure 30 years i locked here, so i was changed to BANK TRANSFER to ICICI HOME FINANCE. balance amount 2060000 (twenty lakhs and sixty thousand) rupees cheque handovered to SMFG on 03/07/2025. Properly i was given all the documents by the MOD list of documents. But now My HSD patta 629/1406 original missed inform to credit manager and Ms Roopa (office staff) While Original documents verification before the sign. Ask to chandrasekaran loan executive Credit manager said to me. I collected all the documents except HSD PATTA ORIGINAL. Ms. Roopa staff telling like we can raise the complaint through the mail. If the document available will hand over to you. Otherwise I don't know about that document. I have so mental distress.
I want my original HSD PATTA document Please help me sir/madam.

I want my original HSD patta document. Your home loan sales staff Mr. Chandrsekaran was shared original documents through the watsup on 9th MAY 2023. I have attached that screenshot copy for your reference. Please check and let me know, how he was done. And then i got legal report here also mentioned HSD patta no. 629/1406 original. All originals verified by lawyer Mr. Radhakrishnan sir given the legal report also positive and your side Mr chandrsekaran & credit manager Mr. Sudharshan in Register office before handover the cheque to the customer. I have all the documents for HSD patta original submitted to your office. Today credit manager Mr. Gowtham told me document you have not submit, showed some file mentioned as copy in that. Hereafter I don't need any explanation. If you not return my original document definitely i can do complaint to consumer court & commissioner office. And definitely I will be telecast this issue about SMFG GRIHASHAKTI HOME FINANCE in media's .

Please help me with the same as soon as possible.

NCDRC - M/S. CITI BANK & ANR. V/S RAMESH KALYANDRUG & ANR.

Mr. Ramesh Kalyan Durg and his wife, Mrs. Syamala Vellala took loan from the Citibank, the OPs in this case. They had given a security of their sale deed and link documents of the house. The said sale deed along with link documents were misplaced.

ORDER
The complainant would be given compensation in the sum of ₹1,00,000/- by demand draft in the name of Ramesh Kalyan Durg by the bank. Secondly, a public notice will be published by the bank in “Times of India” and “Eenadu” (State Edition). The amount of publication will be paid by the bank. That will be done within 15 days from today. Otherwise it will carry penalty of ₹100/- per day till the needful is done. Thirdly, the bank will get a certified copy of the sale deed and link documents with the help of the complainants and all the expenses shall be borne by the bank. The complainants will approach them within a period of 15 days and the needful should be done within 60 days otherwise penalty of ₹100/- per day shall be imposed upon the bank. Fourthly, if in future the complainants suffer the loss due to loss of the said documents the bank will be liable to compensate the complainant. The bank will lodge an FIR with the police station immediately.

Today i mailed to SMFG GRIHASHAKTI INDIA HOME FINANCE
You can deal with me by losing my original HSD patta 629/1406 and preparing false records at the last moment. God, I want justice. I have decided to file a complaint against your company and take legal action. It is my duty to submit this complaint to all the customers of your company.
I will create awareness and post it on social media & news with evidence so that no one else gets disappointed like me.
I will suffer from the hardships I have suffered, my tears and the loss of my money. I will really try to go the way of justice and show the world the deceitful work of your company.

I have ready to give complaint to this bank. Help me sir what is the procedure for case filing and if i want pay any processing charges or fees.
Note: attached mod copy for your reference sir.
Please help me sir. I feel so sad. I didn't sleep last 10 days properly.
