I have book for 2 stays at Jabalpur in preet residency for 2 day and paid Rs 1895 by my UPI payment on 17 june 2026. but due to my some personal reseal I had cancelled this booking on 25 june before 12 a m, an email received from makemy trip that my booking has been cancelled and refund has been processed and my money will be deposit in my account but I haven't received my money till today 2nd Auguast 2026. I have approached to makemy trip by email and telephone but there is no response to me for refund of my money by makemy trip. Therefor I am request you to please resolve my this issue and order to makemy trip for refund my money Rs 1895 . here i am attaching all relavent documents for this complaint, thanking you
