Hi,

As mentioned in the title, I ordered a jacket from Styleverse, but they sent me the wrong item. I immediately tried to contact the company to request a replacement, but I have received no response.

Their phone numbers are switched off, they do not answer WhatsApp calls or messages, and they have also ignored my messages on social media. Their complete lack of customer support has been extremely disappointing.

The jacket I received is red, whereas I had ordered the black version. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, there has been no acknowledgement of my complaint, no response, and no replacement.

I have attached:

  • A copy of the order confirmation/email showing the product I purchased.
  • A screenshot of the actual black jacket I ordered.
  • A photo of the red jacket that was delivered instead.
I request that this issue be looked into and that appropriate action be taken, as the company has failed to provide any customer support or resolve the matter.

We have carefully reviewed your complaint against Styleverse (styleverse.in), Mumbai.

As per your submission, you ordered a Ferrari F1 Oversized Racing Jacket in Black from Styleverse and paid ₹899. However, you received a red jacket instead of the black one you had ordered. Upon immediately attempting to contact the company for a replacement, you found their phone numbers switched off, WhatsApp calls and messages unanswered, and social media messages completely ignored. There has been no acknowledgment, no response, and no replacement provided to date.

We also note that another consumer, Ramlaki, has reported a similar experience of non-delivery with the same company, further indicating a pattern of fraudulent or grossly negligent conduct.

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint along with the order confirmation, screenshot of the black jacket ordered, and photo of the wrong red jacket delivered that you have attached as evidence.
