yesterday I was order a hair dryer and ice cream for me but the delivery boy can't call me for receiving a order and he update the order status delivered. I was suprised. I Can't understand whats going on that time but after 3-5 min I Call him for my order so he told me "I will be come shortly status was updated mistakely so I wait him 5min more but after that I again call him so he told me that he deliver order but he can't reach out me. he told me he no ask my name at the delivery time so he think that he deliver the order to wrong person. I am very angry on that type of things and blinkit customer support is very bad they don't have a cutomer care number they not even chat with me and the bigest mistake they don't have a OTP system. I had ordered a Men's Leather Retail® Men's Solid Biker Jacket (Order No: 406-7361448-8101941) on 26th January and returned it on 4th February. The payment was made through Amazon Pay, and yet, it has now been over two months and I still haven’t received my refund.
