One of my refund of amount Rs. 1381.77 was generated from AirBnB on 04th December, 2025 but it has NOT been received yet in my bank account. I booked a property from AirBnb and made the payment through UPI (CRED APP) and cancelled it later on the same day and AirBnb refunded the amount back on the same day. AirBnb is claiming that the refund has been successfully generated from their end but the ICICI bank is not confirming if they have received it or not and NOT even transferring that refund to my bank account. Dated 12 Jan, 2026, its still NOT reflected today in my ICICI bank account and nobody is helping from the ICICI bank team to take this into consideration, I have added multiple emails, visited the branch, contacted them on customer care number, contacted [known icici bank people via phone and they are NOT providing any resolution. I am currently feeling helpless.
