I used ICICI credit card reward points to purchase a product. The material was received on 19th Sep and was found defective. I raised a complaint to ICICI customer care who did not respond for more than a week. I had to raise a separate grievance form after which ICICI responded.
But their replies are not having a resolution, they are only changing the date of the resolution. It is now more than a month and yet no resolution, my reward points are also not given back to me. Please help in this matter.
 
The product is a thermo water bottle ordered 19th sep. Product has internal and external scratch marks. Same was highlighted to icici bank. No reply for 2 weeks. After I raised a grievance form than icici started replying. Even now they have not confirmed on when the refund will happen into my account.

If they are not responding to your emails and not refunding the reward points, we suggest you to file a case against them in the Consumer Forum
