I have booked flight from Make My Trip (Indigo flight) for my family to Dubai (Mumbai to Dubai and Dubai to Pune, I got cancellation mail from Indigo that Mumbai to Dubai, so I have raised request for refund and I got full refund. but If I will not travelling to Dubai then how I can keep booking return flight from Dubai to PUNE, in few days again I received mail from Indigo that your flight re scheduled from Dubai to PUNE but its via Bangalore and they have mentioned for full refund as well, so i have submitted refund request but I have received partial refund, so I am so much disappointed.

I have raised many complaints with Indigo and Make my trip but both are saying they can not refund fully as this cancellation is comes under partial refund.

I am attaching all supporting documents and Mail communication.

Please follow the steps mentioned below. If you have already contacted Ingigo Airline customer care via email or and have not received any response, kindly share the relevant details with us so that we may guide you further.

We recommend that you first Send a detailed email toIndigo Nodal Officer nodalofficer@goindigo.in outlining your issue, including PNR details and any previous correspondence and request to Refund.

If not received any reply from the Ingigo support team, escalate the issue with Appellate Authority at appellateauthority@goindigo.in

If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.

This step not only gives the Ingigo a chance to refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
