I joined my kid in Infinity Learn NEET/JEE programme. They called us one day and explained things and they didn't give me time to decide. They forced me to pay online and promised that money will be refunded if there is no progress in my kid. The marketing team Dharmalingam told me that teachers will watch the kid and take care of the kids education. I see all the exams my kid has not even scored 30% marks and no action or steps taken from their side for any improvement. Also there are no concepts class taken and also least bothered about whether kids understand or not. Teachers are of utmost worst quality that they don't know meaning of any word that they have in their ppt.
I am writing this after reaching out to them multipl times and no action being taken. I want government interference to check the quality and take necessary action against these kind of money laundering business in the name of education
