I did Cardless EMI for online classes shri chetanya around 1 lack 7 thousand. They shows refund policy of 7 days trail. In 7 days 3 classes were planned and taken. But we are not satisfied with them and requested for cancel initiate refund.
They are not agreeing and saying you have not attended any classess and saying that join the classes and then share the feedback
They are just passing the time and I am feeling cheated and forced to loosen my amount.
9 August the registration even same day I requested to cancel they confirmed first take 7 days trial then we can do as per policy, now thay are saying you have not attended even we did 3 classes whichever have been scheduled. On basis of that I strongly said to cancel and initiate refund. Education registration mobie number is on my spouse number and all communication and payment from my mobile number
