On the date of 30/03/2025 Jioiber team contact myself Mahika Goswami (30) for internet connect, i agreed for connection. They assured installation on 31/03/2025. Ashish installation techinician came on the same day 31/03/2025 and charged payment by confirming order by KYC registration and payment of Rs. 1111 in Credpay UPI and assured installation will be completed in 1-2hrs. After some time he told us that there is no port so they cannot proeed with the installation. SO we asked for the refund and proceed the cancellation as we wanted jiofiber only. He told us it will get cancelled...
