Hi Team,

As the company says that to save time you can do payment online and we do accept that it is the easy and fast way for any transaction.

I order the items and one of the item is missing where there own delivery partner says that the amount will be refunded back to your account.

Since I know the person comes from the same company so I do trusted him and provided the OTP to him. i raised complaint that I haven’t received refund. Customer support is saying you should not have accepted the delivery if item is missing. One side you says that the items should be checked before delivery whereas on other hand delivery person says that amount will be refunded. Whom should I trust?

Please take it seriously and take appropriate action accordingly.
