I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the flight booking company, ixigo.com.

On April 16, I booked tickets from Chennai to Cleveland, but the airline did not confirm my booking. The booking company assured me of a 100% refund by April 18. As of today, April 30, 2025, I have yet to receive the refund of ₹1,23,025. My booking number is IF25041685668259.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.
