I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the lack of resolution and follow-up on a service request I submitted.


I purchased a Toshiba TV in 2023 along with a 2-year support package from Jeeves. On July 19, 2025, I reported a fault in the TV and raised a service request. However, despite multiple follow-ups, no technician has visited to inspect or resolve the issue. Moreover, the service ticket has been closed multiple times without any resolution or communication, which is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
