I booked a Jio AirFiber connection and completed full payment on 28th Feb 2026 based on the assurance from the sales executive that installation would be completed within 24 hours.

The sales executive, Mr. Karthick, who collected and processed the payment, is not picking my calls after the payment was made. I was also provided the installation executive’s contact details, Mr. Iswaran, but he is also not responding to my calls or messages.
After collecting the full payment, there has been complete negligence and lack of communication. Despite repeated follow-ups with customer care, no proper response or confirmed installation timeline has been provided.
Due to this irresponsible behavior and delay after collecting advance payment, I am facing severe inconvenience, mental stress, and depression. I scheduled my work commitments based on the promised installation date, but no technician has visited till date.
