JIO fibre service down for more than 30 days, And the JIO customer care number currated in such a way that no customer care executive You can reach. It will shut you off with robotic templaets.
Even the billing complaint could not raise with any one , irritating customer care call disconnects saying thanks for calling.
They keep on raising service disruption ticket and closing on their own without any resoultion.
Not sure how to handle thes irresponsible service by JIOFIBRE

Thread 'Filing a case on Jio fiber.'

I’ve booked a new installation of jio fiber on 12 April 2025 it’s been more than 35 days on 16 May 2025. They didn’t turn up for installation, no updates at all and not even refunding the payment I made. Requested in a good way for like 10 times. They’re just taking it for granted and scamming. I’m writing to file for refund.
