Same day delivery is something which is very common now a days. Still JIO MART has managed to continue with the delivery TAT of 1 weeks time. But just because it is cost effective, people belonging to 'middle class' families like me, end up placing the order. I was suppose to get the delivery yesterday but the person said that since its raining, he will not be able to delivery. IT'S a PREPAID ORDER, and now his phone is switched off. Raising a complaint is as good as 'UPSC Exams'. This is not the first time. Either the delivery guy would show his tantrums, or is rude/ ill mannered, so much so that my neighbours had to intervene to protect my wife. We avoid COD because most of the time we run out of budget by the time delivery arrives. What is the fix?
