I wish to formally bring to your attention the extremely negligent and unacceptable service I have received from JioFiber. I made a booking and completed the payment for my JioFiber installation on 25th August, yet even after more than three months, the installation has not been completed. Throughout this period, I have made over 100 calls to Jio customer care, repeatedly explaining the issue to multiple representatives, but I have never received any proper response, follow-up, or resolution. Despite raising multiple cancellation requests, Jio has neither processed the cancellation nor refunded the amount of ₹5,649, which is still pending. Each time I contacted customer support, I was assured that someone would reach out to me within a few hours or the next day, but these assurances have consistently been false and misleading. I have spent an unreasonable amount of time, effort, and energy trying to get either the service installed or my money refunded, but Jio has shown a complete lack of accountability, responsibility, and customer support. This prolonged delay, constant misinformation, and failure to act has caused me significant inconvenience, mental stress, and financial loss, especially considering that I paid in advance for a service that was never delivered. Even after raising formal complaints—including with the National Grievance Portal—there has been no meaningful action from Jio’s side. Such conduct reflects a serious deficiency in service and amounts to an unfair trade practice. I therefore request immediate intervention from the consumer court to ensure that my refund of ₹5,649 is processed without any further delay, and that appropriate action is taken against the service provider for their prolonged negligence, unfulfilled commitments, and failure to address genuine customer grievances despite repeated escalations lasting more than three months
