on 11 th april , I ordered spinach, parle G biscuit, watermelon, onion. I paid by gpay app. I did not received any call or any information or any parcel , but after 1 hour app was showing delivery was done by delivery boy. After so many complaints via call to customer care, jio app help section, Email to grievance redressal officer jio mart, still I did not get my order till 18.4.2026. No refund from jio mart side.
