Our car is ruined by Shivaay Kia. We gave it for normal servicing with no issues and they gave us the car back with multiple warnings and lights flashing on the display screen. After informing them, they took the car back for servicing however they have not been able to repair the car and solve the issue even after taking the car for servicing 13 times. Our car is now not usable by us and we are facing a daily problem to commute resulting in a lot of added expenses and hassle. They have also been unable to give us a response as to how they plan to resolve this issue once and for all. Also they provided us with a temporary replacement car without PUC which resulted in us being held and questioned by the cops.
