we purchase the Komaki CAT 2.0 NXT EV 2-Wheeler from Komaki Website
paid on 20-08-2026
several follow-up they are not given the contact person of their organization, but they have given only transporter Contact No
but when we approach them, they said without Komaki company internal clearance they can't deliver
after several follow up there is no response from Komaki company
finally transport team given the clarence to pick up our self they are not delivered to our office
once we collect vehicle is litter damage and quality not good
finally, we saw the model that is also wrong and they send lower version
we took that vehicle and shown to dealer at Nagole, Hyderabad
they rectified display issue, but they are also tried to charge which is not charging also
they also said this vehicle is wrong vehicle
We tried to reach Komaki Team but no response from them
Due to this vehicle Delay we spend almost 2 Lacs Expenditure on our technicians for transport

This type of Organization has to be punished.
we would like to claim 10 Lacs from this
1. Once Payment receipts no sharing of right contact person of Their organization
2. They send the Wrong Vehicle
3. Delivered vehicle also not charging proper
4. After delivery no response from that Organization
