Bought a bike 3 months back , on the day of delivery bike got battery trouble.
Contacted to customer support but there is no response till now . They are not responding to calls message , I didn’t even ride bike for 10 km.

List of Issues I faced with this Komaki order :

1. Late Delivery ( 30 Days )
2. No proper response from Customer Support.
3. Extra Delivery Charge Rs.1700.
4. Bike not Charging ( battery or charger issue)
5. Bike has not screwed properly.
6. Rust in metal Parts.
7. RTO From required forms ( Delay in Sending )
- Invoice and payment receipt
- Form 20
- Form 21 (sales certificate)
- Form 22 (roadworthiness certificate)
7. Komaki Dealer not support
Komaki Dealer in Kumbakonam said we will not support or warrant claim for the bike which buy in online or direct from Komaki Manufacture.
they will support only for the bike buy from them.

I have also made several phone calls, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any clear update or resolution so far.
