Dear Sir/mam,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a very disappointing and stressful experience I faced with a booking made through Abhibus platform.

Journey Details:
Date: 16 April 2026
Route: Guruvayur to Bangalore
Departure Time: 9:15 PM

On the day of travel, I proactively contacted the bus operator around 8:30 PM to confirm the status. I was informed that the bus would only be delayed by approximately 30 minutes. Based on this confirmation, I checked out of my room and waited on the roadside.

However, when I contacted the driver again at 9:15 PM, I was informed that the bus had a technical issue and would be delayed by around 2 hours. I then contacted AbhiBus customer support, and I was clearly told that the bus would arrive between 11:30 PM and 12:00 Am.

Shockingly, at around 11:00 PM, I received a message stating that the bus was cancelled.

This entire sequence of misinformation and last-minute cancellation caused me significant inconvenience and distress, as I was left stranded late at night with no alternative arrangements. If I had been informed earlier, I could have booked another ticket.

What is even more disappointing is the response from your support team, who stated that AbhiBus is not responsible and showed no accountability for the situation.

I request the following:

1. A clear explanation of why incorrect and misleading information was provided multiple times.
2. Compensation for the inconvenience and hardship caused.
3. Assurance that such incidents will not occur in the future.

I expect a prompt and responsible response to this issue.

We recommend that you first Send a detailed email to support@abhibus.com outlining your issue, including order details and any previous correspondence and request the Refund + Compensation.

If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.

This step not only gives the Abhibus a chance to refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
