Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Your Name, hereby serve upon you this legal notice as under:
That I had enrolled in course/program name offered by your institution on enter date, upon payment of ₹amount as fees, relying upon your representations and assurances regarding quality education, facilities, faculty, and promised services.
That your institution has failed to provide the promised services, including but not limited to mention issues: non-conduct of classes / inadequate faculty / denial of access / cancellation of course / poor infrastructure / non-provision of study material, etc., thereby rendering the course ineffective and defeating the very purpose of enrollment.
That the representations made at the time of admission were false, misleading, and deceptive, intended to induce me to enroll and pay substantial fees.
Use the below paragraph if you already emailed them.
That despite repeated requests made by me through emails (Enter Email ID) and other communications seeking proper services and refund, your institution has failed and neglected to respond or resolve the issue.
Accordingly, you are hereby finally called upon to:
a) Refund the entire fee amount of ₹amount paid by me, without any deduction, along with interest @ 18% per annum from the date of payment till realization;
b) Pay compensation of ₹amount towards mental agony, harassment, and inconvenience; and
c) Reimburse any additional expenses incurred by me due to your deficiency in service.
You are hereby granted 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of this notice to comply with the above demands.
Failing which, I shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against your institution before the Hon’ble Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and/or other competent authorities, entirely at your risk as to costs and consequences, without any further notice.
This notice is issued without prejudice to all my legal rights and remedies available under law.
